The course that effectively demonstrates this outcome is BUS 302: Organizational Communication. The assignment to be reviewed is the final paper and presentation. The instructions for this assignment were to create a presentation to employee members of an existing organization, covering a specific topic. The organization that my team chose to work on was Mercy Hospital. Our objective was to create a presentation addressing ways to cope with workplace stress for department managers of Mercy hospital. Some biblical principles that also apply to organizations include following a mission statement, stating the organizations vision, and values. Due to the fact that the organization covered is Christian based they followed the same values that are taught in the Bible.
